Since December 2013, Aparthotel Viktoria has an adventure pool. Integrated seats with massage water jets, side water jets and water jets from the floor to quiet moments and a counter-current water system for swimmers promise pure holiday fun. Salt and little chlorine are enjoyable, relaxing and refreshing for your body, your muscles and for your skin!

In winter only:

The wellness/sauna area is open daily from 25.12 until 15.03.
Discount at the sports store "Sporthaus Fill" (Castelrotto and Alpe di Siusi cable car mountain station) or "Alpin Sports"(Siusi at the valley station or mountain station of the Alpe di Siusi cable car) on all rental equipment.
ALPIN SPORTS: Possible free ski depot weeks in January or discounts.

Inclusive in the apartment price

Local tax

The prices are to be understood per day and person (in double room) or per apartment (starting with 2 persons minimum and 6 persons maximum) inclusive all regular charges plus local tax of 2,10 € per person and day from 14 years.

Beginning on 1 January 2014 a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol for persons over 14 years. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Reception

Check-in: The flat is ready for check-in from 3 pm until 7 pm in the evening. For a check-in after 10 pm in the evening, we charge 100.00 Euros per flat for night service. Please inform us of an earlier or later arrival time.
Documents for check-in: Have a valid ID (identity card, passport, etc.) of each person staying ready for check-in. Important: Children under the age of 14 must also show a valid identity card in order to be exempt from the visitor's tax. Otherwise, the regulation provides the application of the tourist tax also for children under 14 years of age.
Check-out: Please release the flat by 9 am in the morning on the day of departure. Later check-out is only possible by arrangement and against payment of 100,00 Euro (= late check-out).
Payment of the remaining amount: You have several possibilities:
1. Transfer the remaining amount no later than 1 week before your arrival (bring receipt)
2. For administrative reasons, please pay for the flat on the day of arrival
3. Payment on the spot with cash according to Italian law only up to 4.999,99 Euro
4. Payment in local with EC and/or cheque cards as well as credit cards (only Master Card and Visa)
5. Extras during your stay are to be paid on the day before departure
Please note that there are office hours on site. You will find these in the reception area.
Wishes regarding the flat or floor etc. can be expressed with pleasure. If possible, we will gladly comply with the request. We cannot guarantee this. The flat category is guaranteed.

Binding reservation/booking

The validity of a reservation is guaranteed only after mutual confirmation in writing.
To convert a reservation in a binding booking, the guest will be required to pay the deposit (according to the law no. 1385, Italian civil code). Both, the amount of consideration and also the bank details, will be communicated separately by letter. The amount will be confirmed after credited to our bank account. In paying the request deposit you agree with the prices and booking conditions and also you confirm the conditions for withdrawal in gernal.
The amount of the deposit at the time of arrival and stay is deducted from the total amount.

Cancellation/withdrawal of reservation/booking or parts of it

If a breakfast booked will not be consumed we cannot reduce the price.
Cancellation of booking: An cancellation of a reservation is unpleasant for both partners. We regret not having the opportunity to meet you. And we regret that our apartment stays free. Probably would have taken pleasure other persons to come on holiday.

Please give us notice in writing as soon as you know you will need to cancel your reservation. We will try as much as possible to come towards you.

Conditions for withdrawal in general

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' is not contemplated (Code Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 Consumers' Code) – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

The deposit for confirmation is valid only for the assigned and in the letters indicated period. It can't be moved in time for another stay.
Until 90 days before departure - free cancellation – payback of deposit deducting the processing fee
89 days until 40 days before departure – deposit will be retained
39 days until 15 days before departure – payable 60 % of the reservation value
14 days before departure until start of journey, delayed arrival or early departure – payable 100 % of the reservation value

Travel insurance

Taking out travel cancellation insurance for the total value of the booking is recommends in any case. The European Travel Insurance will give you the necessary protect.
