GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• The prices get on per day and person with a stay from 6 days including all taxes and deliveries. For every day less the price per person and day will be raised.
• A statutory prescribed visitor's tax per person is being worked out by higher authority and will be charged at the moment it's entering into force.
• In the price is included also the car parking lot outside and in the garage (no reservation) as well as the use of the wellness area in the winter months (you see please the pricelist on top)
• Should you have a certain room or apartment wish, please inform us. As far as possible we try to fulfil your wish. However, there is not a 100%th security for it.
• Family rooms/apartments and panoramic rooms/apartments A are mostly bigger rooms/apartments with balcony faced to south and to north.
• Standard rooms B are smaller rooms with balcony faced to the north.
• Because we dispose only of double rooms or of rooms for more persons, we settle for using double rooms as a single room a surcharge of 15.00 € per day and person.
• For persons as a third or fourth allocation in room/apartment with 2 full payers we settle:
  - Children till 1.9 years 10.00 € (with/without child’s bed - no food)
  - Children of 2 to 5.9 years minus 40%
  - Children of 6 to 11.9 years minus 20%
  - Adults as a third allocation minus 10%
• The persons who departs and comes back during a stay must pay for the whole booked period.
• Check-In: Rooms and apartments are ready to occupancy the day you arrive from 2 o'clock till 7 o'clock in the afternoon. Should you come sooner or later, please give us information. For a check-In after 10 p.m. we charge you a certain sum of money for each room/apartment for night service.
• Check-out: The day you leave the rooms and apartments are to be leaved not later than 10 o'clock in the morning.
• The validity of a reservation is guaranteed only after mutual written confirmation.
• We prefer cash for the payment. We accept Euro traveller's cheques only on the day you arrive. We don't accept credit or EC/banc mat cards!
• With later arrive or premature departure the whole lodging price is settled. Meals (breakfast and dinner) will be deducted from the sum.
• Should a booked dinner not be taken (with reservation with half board), we deduct out 5.00 euros per person if we receive the refusal in time.
• Cancellation of a reservation: A cancellation of a room/apartment reservation is irritating for both sides. It is too bad that you cannot visit us and it is too bad that our room/apartment remains free. Maybe other guests would have come with pleasure to us in the period booked by you.
  Therefore, let us know by letter in time, as soon as you know that you cannot start the booked vacation. We will try to approach you on most possible.
  We recommend to conclude an insurance against the costs of canceling the trip.
• Should wrong prices be written mistakenly on the reservation confirmation, the valid price-list would be applied.
• For all the rest count the clauses of the Italian accommodation contract.
